Viewing the world thru quilt-colored glasses – Frances Arnold
- This event has passed.

Let’s travel across five continents to examine how we, as quilters, view the world. We will discuss the places where we gain inspiration, whether it be an exotic palace in India or a carpet found in a local hotel. Finally, we will explore methods and ideas for turning those inspirations into wonderful quilts
Frances Arnold biography…..
Frances Arnold is a CPA by profession, but, more importantly, a quilter for 40 years. She is descended from a long line of quilters and loves all aspects of the art, from hand applique to free motion machine quilting. She has won many ribbons in guild and regional shows and has had five quilts displayed at the International Quilt Festival in Houston, one quilt at QuiltCon, and one at the American Quilt Society show in Paducah. Her favorite part of this quilting journey is the ability to encourage and inspire others to make the quilts that they want to make. She writes a blog ( www.francesquilts.com/blog ) where she takes the reader along with her as she journeys along her creative path.
