The CURVE! Fear no more. Join Susan and master the Curve. There are many template designers on the market. My favorite is Elisa’s Backporch Design. She has 4 different sizes: 3 ½”, 4”, 7”, and an 8” set with a ring. (The bigger the size, the easier it is to sew.) Each set of templates comes with a pattern. Or create your own using drafting paper. I will show you how to sew the 2 opposing pieces together with 1 pin and with no pins. We will cover cutting your pieces out of 5” charms, 10” layer cakes, fat quarters and strips. I’ll give you several tips to make the process easier. I will have lots of samples to share in class.
